PROGRAM "Spring Soiree"
Let's dance with the tulips and enjoy the playfulness of the spring blooms. Color and texture, rhythm and creativity will blossom through the designs.
Darcie Garcia has been in the industry for 31 years. She is a member and certified judge and evaluator of the prestigious American Institute of Floral Designers (AIFD). Her love for floral design and her excitement to share the art drives her to teach and mentor nationally and internationally. Darcie has been involved in the Philadelphia Flower Show for 15 years, and in 2020 was honored to chair the award-winning exhibit sponsored by the North East Chapter of AIFD.
